Before and afters of an exterior job finished this week. Managed to get it in our 4 days of summer before the return of the rain 😅

Client wanted a change of colour scheme, with some restoration works carried out to bits that were peeling and flaking. Some mortar repairs to cracks in base of house and window ingoes, aswell as fully prepping and painting all walls, base, sills, woodwork and guttering.

My diary is now full until the end of September, which is the last month I offer exterior work due to the change in weather.

Some redecoration work completed for a returning client recently! Hallway and kitchen were both in need of a freshen up, with focus on brightening the place up with a clean looking finish. Loads of scraping, sealing, filling and sanding throughout before finishing all woodwork and doors with White Satin and walls + ceilings getting finished with White Emulsion 👌

Some after photos of redecoration works recently completed in the Black Isle Bar Fort William, looking good for the season ahead 🔥

All walls throughout the lower and upper bar, the brick entrance wall and woodwork were in need of a freshen up using some warmer colours than before, whilst also maintaining the existing murals throughout. All necessary prep work was carried out before painting. Was good fun cutting in around all the persnickety murals, the musical animals were definitely my favourite 😅

Before and afters of this exterior transformation! Client wanted rid of the old pebble dash look to brighten up the house with more of a modern look. Weekend shift to get it done while the weather is dry 😎

All walls were prepped and sealed with Stabilising Solution, before applying 2 coats of Sandtex - Fresh Page

Base of house was prepped before applying 2 coats of Sandtex - Bitter Chocolate

Back windows were scraped, filled, sanded and given 3 coats of Allcoat - White

Before and after photos of the first outside job of 2026 finished a couple weeks ago, over the course of a few weeks waiting for dry days 😅

Fascia’s, soffits and cladding had seen better days and the client wanted work done asap to prevent further deterioration from rain. There was mould, paint peeling off and some areas starting to rot.

All wood was scraped, sanded, treated, BIN-sealed, filled, sanded again and then painted desired colours, using Demi-Deck paint for last lasting protection.

Living room transformation 🔥
Client was wanting a full freshen up to living room, from dark stained woodwork to be turned white, to the old wallpaper swapped to something a bit more modern. All finished and ready for new carpets and curtains (hence the unfilled curtain pole holes)

Numerous tapes repaired, holes filled, stains sealed, ceiling and walls sanded

2 Coats to ceiling with Dulux white emulsion

All woodwork BIN-sealed, caulked, filled, sanded and given 3 coats with Johnstones Aqua Satin - White

2 Coats to walls with Crown Matt Emulsion - CPLE241

Papered wall stripped, prepped and repapered
