Throwback to a single storey side and front porch extension we completed for an amazing family in Frampton cotterell.

With a small amount of space, we were able to create a new front porch, downstairs W/C and utility area.

The extension has been decorated beautifully by the owners and we think it looks amazing!

A beautiful new bungalow completed by LJP Construction, for a wonderful family in Coalpit Heath.

A local builder originally built the shell of the annexe a few years ago, but sadly passed away before it was completed.

Planning was approved for an extension and conversion to form a new dwelling. Following the architects design and drawings, we were able to create a brand new 2 bedroom bungalow (one with an en-suite), a large living/dining area, separate kitchen, utility room, bathroom and a garage.

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and hope we’ve done the original builder proud.

What once was an unused building is now a wonderful bungalow and we wish our customer all the best in her new home 🏡

A single storey rear extension LJP Construction completed for an amazing family in Chipping Sodbury.

We have removed the partition wall separating the kitchen and dining room and extended out to rear enabling us to create a much larger, open plan kitchen / dining area with great amounts of natural light and a lot more living space.

We loved working on this project and we are so pleased with the outcome. The customers have decorated it beautifully throughout and we think it looks great!

A stunning single storey rear extension LJP Construction have completed for a lovely couple in the Yate area.

We have stripped back the original single storey roof, extended across the rear of the property and taken down the internal wall separating the original kitchen and dining room. We have also repositioned the downstairs toilet to under the stairs and by doing this we have managed to create a much larger living space, perfect for a growing family.

This wrap around single storey extension has allowed us to create additional living accommodation, including a spare bedroom, a shower room, a utility room and separate downstairs W/C.

The extra square footage at the rear of the property has created an exceptionally large kitchen/family area perfect for get togethers and entertaining.

We were lucky enough to be invited back to show off their new extension to family and friends whilst celebrating their 40th Wedding Anniversary!
