We would like to welcome our two newest team members. 👋 👋 👋

Here at Dig Safe we are looking to the future and creating opportunities for the younger generation to move forward into the industry. Beau (left) and Aaron (right) have both completed their CSCS training, and are currently ready to complete their Cadent inductions. Both lads are settling in nicely and show bags of potential, watch this space for future updates on their progression and be sure to say hi if you see them about on site.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE: GETTING THE COMMUNITY BACK ON TRACK! 🛠️💪
A huge shout-out to our incredible crew who worked a grueling shift on an emergency call-out .
While most were still asleep, these three were on-site, using our vacuum excavation kit to safely expose utilities and help engineers restore vital gas supplies to the local community.
The machine is a wonderful piece of kit, but its true magic is only unlocked by an experienced, skilled operative with a deep understanding of what the customer requires.
There is no better feeling than finishing a job and impressing a client when they need it most. We’re proud to provide a service that doesn't just excavate, but actively helps our clients meet their deadlines and get life back to normal for the community.
Rest up, lads—you’ve earned it!

The "Under Wraps" Valentine’s Post 🌹
🌹✨ Diarmuid was trying to keep his roses under wraps until Valentine’s Day... but it’s a bit hard to hide a bouquet this size! 🚚🌹

Since Valentine's falls on a Saturday this year, Diarmuid decided to skip the florist and go straight to the sign-writers. He’s officially handed the keys of this floral beauty over to Sharon to drive for the big day.

Is it the ultimate romantic gesture, or just a very clever way for Diarmuid to make sure Sharon doesn't miss her Saturday shift? We’ll let her be the judge of that! 😂

Sharon will be the most stylish operator on-site next weekend, so if you see the Dig Safe roses out on the road, give her a wave! 👋

⚠️Expansion ⚠️

We are looking for an experienced HGV tech/ plant fitter following an increased workload from our vac ex repairs and maintenance department.

The individual must have knowledge of diesel engines with the progression of learning the suction excavators.

Full training will be provided in-house and through manufacturers.

Experience of using HGV diagnostic software Jaltest advantageous

Most vac trucks are mounted to Mercedes/ MAN and Volvo

Ideally have welding and fabrication skills

HGV licence is desired

Competitive salary with additional benefits. Weekly pay PAYE/ CIS preferably.

Looking for an individual with the can do attitude along with willingness to perform and deliver a great service.

Our workshop is based Manningtree Essex with mobile works around South England, East Anglia and Midlands.
