Today our Managing Director, Glyn Hughes, delivered CDM 2015 Awareness training for clients and designers, helping to strengthen understanding of health, safety, and legal responsibilities within construction. 🏗️

Good evening everyone / Noswaith Dda Pawb.

Just a quick update regarding my current working arrangements:

Following on from my successful experiment with leaving the day to day running of the business to our employees for over 3 months, I have decided to cut my hours down and only officially work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from this month onwards.

I am also now going to be more of working on the business than in the business going forward, in a sort of Business Development Director role.

I will always be there to help and support our staff if needed and take enquires and attend meetings if needed. I am keen to provide more support for the Wylfa Newydd Project and develop more AI systems.

I will be using my extra time to look after myself a bit more and also look at future services we can offer to enhance the business.

Managed a quick teams meeting this afternoon with the office, even though I am in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa. This wouldn't have been possible only 4 years ago, but now cruise ships have Starlink internet services. This is what global connectivity is, and I couldn't have done this cruise without it.
