📢 New Contract 📢

John Kelly Construction is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a £3.1million design and build contract from the social housing provider Adra.

Work commenced in May on the development of 12 houses in Penygroes, Caernarfon.

This development comprises of a mix of semi-detached, terraced and detached homes on the site of a former garage. This project is due for completion in May 2026.

It was a privilege for John and Lisa to be invited to represent John Kelly Construction at the Anglesey day in Westminster.

We were alongside many other fantastic Anglesey businesses, showcasing the excellent work and opportunities within our county.

John Kelly Construction is dedicated to the local area and it was great to hear the Welsh Secretary of State emphasising his commitment to the North Wales economy.
