NEW CONTRACT AWARD!

Newmarket, Cambridge

We are delighted to announce that we have secured the internal partitions, linings, and ceilings package for the above project.

The works comprise 141 student bedrooms, kitchen/day rooms, along with all associated communal and administration areas.

This is another valued project with Aztec Construction Services and is scheduled to commence on 8th December 2025, with a programme duration of five months.

We look forward to working with Andrew, Paul, Jacob, and Tom on this scheme.

NEW CONTRACT AWARD

Elite Linings Ltd are delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded the Internal Partitions, Linings & Ceilings package on the exciting new residential development at the former Gala Casino site, Fairfax Street, Coventry, by CODE Projects Ltd.

This impressive scheme will deliver 439 apartments with communal areas over a 30-week construction programme. Our works will feature the full Siniat system, and we’re thrilled to be building on our strong relationship with the Summer House Design Build management team and the client, CODE Living.

We’re already on site, progressing with the SFS Infill package, bringing our combined order value on this project to a remarkable £4.38m.

Elite Linings Ltd is proud to announce another exciting contract award. We have been appointed by Hallam Read Construction to deliver the Partitions, Linings, and Ceilings package for a brand-new office and workshop development at Home Farm, Castle Donnington.

This marks our fourth new contract in recent weeks, highlighting the continued growth of our business and the strong relationships we’re building within the industry. We are also actively negotiating several upcoming projects and look forward to sharing more positive updates soon.
