Newark DC - Phase 1 of 6 Complete ✅

Proud to have successfully completed Phase 1 of 6 on a major new distribution centre project in Newark.

Progress is taking shape at the new Warner Bros. Studios development in Hertfordshire.

We’re proud to be delivering the complete internal and external line marking package on this exciting project.

Our scope of works includes:
✔️ External roadways and traffic management markings
✔️ Car park bays and associated markings
✔️ Internal and external pedestrian walkways
✔️ Safety markings throughout the development

One of the most rewarding aspects of this project is the precision required. Every internal walkway has been carefully measured and set out to navigate around the studio stages, ensuring safe, compliant, and accurate pedestrian routes while integrating seamlessly with the facility’s layout.

It’s great to see the project progressing and we’re looking forward to sharing more updates as works continue.

Another successful project completed by C&R today! 👏

Our team has just finished a large-scale bus depot floor refurbishment, covering an impressive 600m² warehouse area.

The project involved comprehensive surface preparation throughout, ensuring the substrate was fully prepared to achieve maximum performance and longevity. Once preparation was complete, we installed a heavy-duty two-part floor coating system, delivering a durable, hard-wearing finish designed to withstand the demands of a busy commercial and industrial environment.
