Good evening guys! Another great job done by the team today at JW Construction. The Customer wanted to cover up her wall by the back door so we suggested a feather edge cladding. She also wanted to cover the concrete slab in the garden so we suggested extending the Cotswold chipping with a sleeper boundary. She wanted both so that’s what we did! Another happy customer and another great day at JW Construction!

Along side the house renovation this week, we also done a small bit of landscaping work in Cwmgors.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Which included levelling the small garden area down to dirt, covering with membrane to stop the weeds and grass and topping with plumb slate!

It’s been a very busy week for the JM construction team. Were currently in the process of a whole house renovation in Llandeilo. Over the last 2 weeks we’ve started with replacing the roof. Which includes removing the old Welsh slates and the batons underneath and stripping it down to the rafters and putting fresh felt and baton on. We’re currently in the process of re-slating the roof with new composite slates and we will post the finished product by the end of this week!

This morning the JM construction team had a bit of complicated job. We had 2 dangerous tree on a boundary fence potentially falling and causing damage to the house/ garden in the photos. So the customer phoned us and asked us if we could get them down with out causing damage to the garden or house which we successfully did with no damages made. Another happy customer and another successful job completed by the JM Construction team. 🌲

At JM construction we try and be as versatile as possible and be able to have our customers have all there work done under one roof. with our team we have the ability to do quite a varied amount of job. So this week as well as moving kong the gorilla we also put 2 gates in and made a start on a new boundary fence in one of their field which will be completed at the start of the coming week. We had some amazing views while completing these jobs and it’s a pleasure to be able to work on this beautiful farm/ park. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🌲
