🔸️Customer got in touch to have an additional radiator fitted in the patio & a standard radiator changed to a tall designer radiator

🔸️Repiped under the floor to the radiator in the patio

🔸️Cut out plasterboard strengthened wall to be able to support the radiator in the hall

🔸️Piped behind wall, new corners valves with chrome pipes & covers ✅

This customers boiler was being serviced by a 3rd Party for the last few years, readings were sky high, poor condition... they couldn't even mark on the paperwork the correct model of boiler 🙈🤣

🔸️Customer contacted with a recurring EA fault

🔸️Strip serviced and cleaned heat exchanger

🔸️ Replaced damaged bearing plate
🔸️Replaced damaged electrodes
🔸️All new seals fitted
🔸️Set gas ratios & operational checks

🔸️Boiler changed on Saturday in time for the cold snap as the current boiler wasn't working

🔸️System flushed and inhibited along with a magnetic filter fitted to protect the new boiler

🔸️Pipework ammended and tidied up to accommodate condensate with pipe collars to cover gaps in worktop

🔸️Supplied and fitted with a 5 year guarntee ✅

NEW RADIATORS IN TIME FOR WINTER ❄👨🏼‍🔧🔥

🔸️Customer got in touch as they wanted their radiators replaced before the winter along with new valves

🔸️New radiators fitted, new valves fitted, and a simple repair done on the boiler at no extra charge whilst on site 👨🏼‍🔧✅

RADIATOR CHANGES 🆕️🥵✅

🔸️Few radiator changes done over the last few weeks

🔸️First few radiators were old Myson Imperial sized radiators but customer wanted changed for new style metric sized.

🔸️Customer was decorating so was aware that the radiators would be different in sizes and the wallpaper would would getting replaced ✅

Customer got in touch after getting a few quotes from other companies to install a new boiler

🔸️Current boiler hadn't been working correctly for a few months with no heating or hot water

🔸️Attended the property and provided the customer a quote

🔸️Customer accepted and fitted the boiler over a few evenings due to availability

Customer got in touch as their boiler had been giving them problems for a while, offered to fix but customer wanted a replacement

🔸️Attended, magnacleansed, and mains flushed system ensuring no chemicals or debris left behind in system

WATER LEAKS & AN ANNUAL SERVICE 💧👨🏼‍🔧✅

Not posted much on here over the last month as I've been absolutely mobbed

🔸️Customer got in touch as they were looking to get their Annual Service done

🔸️On arrival found a leak from the flow isolation valve and the auto air vent

🔸️Customer agreed price to have repaired

🔸️Drained boiler and removed faulty parts, which were corroded and showing signs of the system being sludged up as can be seen in the photos

🔸️Fitted new parts, filled, tested and completed the ASV

🔸️Boiler now good to go for the winter ahead ✅

After doing my apprenticeship and becoming a gas engineer I've decided to try something new.
My notice is in, and I officially finish up on the 10th September.
