Extension Progress – Neilston 🔨

Another fantastic week of progress on our Neilston extension project.

The roof structure is now complete, the insulation has been installed to the walls and ceiling, and the extension is really beginning to take shape. Every stage is being completed with attention to detail to ensure a warm, energy-efficient and high-quality finish for our client.

We're looking forward to pushing on with first fix services, plasterboarding and the next phase of the build.

Another fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review from our customer at Tantallon Road in Shawlands.

From the very first enquiry through to completion, Mat and the team were exceptional. We had our one-bedroom tenement flat converted into a two-bed, including full structural works, new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, flooring, plastering, and more. The entire project was handled punctually and professionally from start to finish.

The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and the job was completed smoothly and efficiently.
We honestly couldn't be happier with the end result.

Communication was second to none throughout. As it was such a major renovation, we chose not to stay in the flat while the work was being carried out, and Mat made sure we were kept fully up to date every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions, discuss details, and offer advice, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

The speed at which the team worked was genuinely impressive, especially given the scale of the transformation. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out. They also went out of their way to minimise disruption and kept the site clean and tidy throughout.
