We are looking for a CONTRACT MANAGER to join our team at the office based in Rutherglen, Glasgow!

✅ Job involves management of reactive repairs and maintenance contracts and ensure we meet client's business objectives, turnaround times and other KPI's/quality of work standards. Responding quickly and effectively to complaints/enquiries and maintain & build relationships with clients & contractors. Attend properties for inspection purposes and provide reports & updates for senior management. Manage a team of trades & ensure compliance of the day to day works in respect of governance and adherence to the relevant statutory and regulatory provisions, including health & safety
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have experience of contract management
- Be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written and communication skills
- Be proficient with Microsoft 365 software
- Be a team player and willing to learn new skills
- Be flexible, proactive, and organised with the ability to multi-task
