COMMERCIAL WORKS

Recently completed this project at alongside

Clients wanted wider cubicles than the existing, and to sort some drainage issues with existing plumbing

Strip out of existing cubicles, IPS panels and framing, waste pipe altered and new cisterns fitted

Install of new MFC cubicles and made new IPS panels from white melamine faced birch ply

Also included in this job was replacement of worktop at wash hand basins, new taps and pipework

Clients had existing kitchen for 20 years and was in need of an update, kitchen units were still in good condition so replaced the old beige doors and panels and new “Cashmere Grey” shaker doors, tongue and groove decor end panels, with traditional cornice throughout

Alterations of some existing units to allow the units along the sink wall to be built out and additional 100mm to allow for new integrated appliances, replacing the old free standing W/M and dishwasher

New units supplied for the sink wall to accommodate new Belfast sink

Complete redo of this bathroom, including getting rid of the lowered ceiling and taking back to full height, and the installation of a motorised velux window

Created a cupboard at the shower tray to house boiler, washing machine and tumble drier, with custom built extra tall panelled doors to accommodate the height of the boiler for maintenance

Concealed shower valve and niche for a clean look

Before and afters of the Living Room of our recent project we’ve been involved in at Buckingham Terrace. Unbelievable transformation

Alteration of existing timber partitions to allow for fire rated double doors to be positioned in the middle of the room

Again, alteration of existing timber partition to open up the living room (previously the main bedroom) into the kitchen

All brand new tradition architraves, picture rail, base blocks and skirting with topper fitted throughout

One of my earlier jobs from this year

Client had a bath replaced with a large walk in shower, leaving them with a space where the separate shower cubicle was.

We used Hidrofugo MR MDF to construct the units. One base unit, and one full depth open shelving unit, complete with LED strip lighting. Also created bespoke shaker doors, rebating 6mm MR MDF into 18mm stiles, delivered and fitted primed ready for painting

🏡✨ Exciting news from Alba Projects! We’ve just completed a basement refurbishment in Bearsden that has transformed this space into what will be our clients office space

🔨 We lowered and insulated the ceiling and the external walls, ensuring a cozy atmosphere year-round. The whole area has been plastered and painted, giving it a fresh, modern feel.

🚪 Throughout the space, we installed cottage-style doors to match the rest of the house

🚽 The newly fitted w/c features a modern toilet equipped with a macerator pump, a sleek compact vanity unit, and gorgeous tongue and groove style panelling with dado. We’ve also laid down LVT flooring to complete the look!

☕ Plus, we’ve added a small tea prep area with some cabinets and a sink, running throw a saniflo. matching LVT flooring for a cohesive design throughout the entrance area as well.

Staircases

We supplied and fitted this new oak staircase from , with glass balustrades and decorative D-step at the base

Also fitted acoustic slat panels up the entire wall, as well as fitting the clear Perspex handrail which I think turned out pretty nice!
