We understand a more rapid response is required where Customers have certain circumstances such as young children, or perhaps an elderly or disabled resident in the house, and the loss of heating/hot water, power, or an uncontrollable water leak is a genuine or even a life-threatening emergency.

That’s why when Customers sign-up to one of our Cover Plans they have the option to indicate any circumstances that would trigger a need for a 3 hour response from our Engineers!

Fun Fact Friday!

The word plumber derives from the word Plumbum.
Plumbum is the Latin word for Lead (Pb), and plumbers became known by that name as they used to work mostly with lead.

Could have been worse,…..not sure calling our engineers a bum would go down too well, so we’ll stick with Plumber! 😂😂
