When you have 32 roof trusses each weighing 80kg+ it can be a tough negotiation to convince your joiners to handball them up into place.

Initially they refused and said a crane needed to be booked otherwise they weren't doing it.

Using my newly learned powers of persuasion they all agreed it was worth a shot !

It was a great all round team effort in time for the customers visit this Friday !
