Had a customer yesterday have their supply shut off by scottish gas network as a strong smell of gas in the house.

This was an installation last week

Removed an old standard efficiency vokera compact.

We replaced with a new high efficiency Ideal Logic max with a 10 year warranty!!

Also installed hive smart thermostat giving the customer more control over their heating.

The importance of getting your annual boiler serviced!

The burner gasket had completely gone on this worcester causing the flue manifold and ignition leads to melt. Also causing corrosion in the combustion chamber.

We were able to repair this one fortunately.
