Customer had the ever problematic liquid screed applied to their underfloor heating
Usual story the screeding contractor never returned to remove the surface laitance which hinders drying out and leaves a crust which you can never apply a glue down lvt on

No problem we removed the laitance
Carried out moisture tests which proved the screed had not dried out even after running a full heating cycle

We then applied a resin dpm grit primed and applied a good coat of Ardex cl plus screed
Magic was in the form of karndean van gough range and the upstairs shower room plywood and Art select
