Our team are currently carrying out a full scope of water treatment and commissioning works on site at Macduff Aquarium, including:

🔹 Domestic disinfection & sampling

🔹 LTHW water treatment & commissioning

🔹 Ventilation balancing

All works are being delivered in line with industry best practice, including BSRIA BG 29/2021 and CIBSE Commissioning Code A & W, ensuring clean, compliant and fully optimised building services from day one.

A great result on a unique site, and a big thanks to Project Manager Rory Penman for his smooth coordination throughout. 👏

Silverthorn Lane, Bristol 📍

Our team are currently delivering HVAC Commissioning & Water Treatment works at Silverthorn Lane, Bristol, across 4 blocks as part of a major mechanical services installation alongside our client Grove Mechanical Services Ltd. 💧

A highlight of this project is the use of latest technology in the chemical-free water treatment technology for all LTHW Water Treatment utilising IWTM-UK Ltd equipment. This is a sustainable approach to closed system treatment that eliminates the need for traditional chemical dosing or wastewater going to drain.
Here's a breakdown of works across the 4 blocks:

LTHW Water Treatment & Cx✅:
Total of circa 50,000 Litres of Water Treated Chemically Free
Total of 29 ASHPs, 10 Pumps, more than 800 Rads & all associated commissioning sets balanced to CIBSE Code W

Ventilation Balancing & Cx✅:
More than 30 HRUs, 8 Fans & more than 120 grilles will be balanced to CIBSE Code A

Domestic Water✅:
Domestic water temperature validations & commissioning of TMV / DHWR Balancing
CWST Clean & Disinfection Works, inclusive of all sampling carried out in line with BS8558

We're proud to be carrying out all TICC works to provide the end user with a safe, comfortable and compliant environment across all four buildings. 🏢

We had a brilliant day at the Andy Cameron Corporate Golf Day 2026, in support of Kilbryde Hospice Hospice!🏌🏼‍♂️💙

Fraser, Shaun, Ben and Paul represented Cleartech as a team for the fundraiser on Friday, 15th May 2026. From the first tee to the final prize presentation, the day was full of great golf, exciting raffles and auctions, and plenty of unforgettable moments.

A massive thank you and congratulations to everyone who helped make the event such an incredible success, we can’t wait to do it all again next time! 😊
