About the Project
Set within the stunning countryside of St Andrews, this exclusive development features 21 bespoke luxury golf lodges designed for refined leisure, slow mornings, and world-class golf on the doorstep. This project represents a new era of countryside luxury living, combining exceptional craftsmanship with timeless design.

About the Role
An experienced Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of this high-end development from groundworks through to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of construction meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, while maintaining the premium expectations of a luxury residential project.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth project delivery
Uphold exceptional quality standards in line with luxury development expectations
Manage site documentation, progress reports, and health & safety compliance
Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and project managers
Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Ensure all work aligns with design intent and brand vision for luxury countryside living
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential or hospitality projects
Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on quality and detail
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage multiple trades effectively
Full UK driving licence
