Flying out the existing dormer during demolition… then flying out the new dormer during the final roof construction phase.

A great way to see the transformation from old to new.

What was once one small, cold, unusable room is now becoming 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a store room thanks to this fantastic design by Coogan Architects

Final stages of this structure being built , this project was to remove existing roof preserve the building below ( with the fun Scottish weather ) and create 2 large bright bedrooms and bathroom upstairs

This one’s had a journey…

Original bungalow ➝ small dormer added ➝ 2 rear extensions and many many roof issues
And now… a full roof overhaul. NC Roofing Services full new roof

We’re stripping it right back to four walls and rebuilding with attic trusses to create 3 full rooms upstairs.

Big change. Done properly.

This extension looks incredible… but it only tells half the story.

What you’re seeing here is a stunning modern transformation — clean lines, high-end finishes, and a space completely reimagined.

But behind this…
Almost the entire house has been touched.

Only 3 rooms remain untouched. Everything else has been stripped back, rebuilt, upgraded, and brought up to the same standard throughout.

This isn’t just an extension.
It’s a full home transformation.

The clients are currently busy behind the scenes — self-decorating, furnishing, and putting their own stamp on every space.

And honestly… that’s when a project really comes to life.

With The Masters in full swing, it’s got us thinking about some of the golf-related projects we’ve been proud to deliver over the past 40 years.

• Full oak upgrade of Williamwood Golf Club clubhouse
• Bedroom wing works at Mar Hall Hotel
• And a major transformation at Gleddoch Golf & Spa Resort — including a 34-bedroom extension, link corridors, swimming pool civils, new entrance, and full clubhouse refurbishment and reconfiguration
