Customer called reporting issue with their 5 year old showing fault code F3 on the screen. After diagnosis the boiler required a new fan. Whilst replacing the fan customer asked us to carry out the service as it’s never been done since it was installed 😱! This is a fine example of how important it is to get your boiler serviced every year. Condensate trap was by far the worst I’ve seen 😷 and the injector was all clogged up causing an explosive 🧨 noise when the boiler fired up.
