Here at Clark Stonemasonry we offer high level masonry checks via a drone survey. Our drone provides high-resolution imagery, which allows us to perform detailed visual inspections from various angles, identifying damage, structural issues, weathering, water ingress and all other potential masonry issues.

It's quick, easy, and no need for scaffolding or access machinery.

For example, this masonry survey helped us get a closer inspection and identify a whole list of structural defects with this chimney stack.
The main issue here is the chimney exhibits a significant lean, the widening of open joints, and cracks in the capping stones. The degree of the movement indicates structural instability, and ultimately masonry failure. Urgent remediation is required as it is a serious safety concern.
