Wouldn’t even switch on. Proper ghosted the household. 😂

Late night rescue mission on this Vokera 🔧🔥

Customer had hot water but the heating was on strike… typical diva behaviour.

Turned out the Hive thermostat had chucked it. Linked it out and boom — boiler fired straight back up like it owed us money 💥

Heating’s back on for now… until they decide if they’re upgrading the stat or going old school with the boiler controls.

🚨 Call out £70
✅ First Fix — job done

Don’t sit freezing waiting on “al see how it goes”…
