At Rivington Heating Solutions, in 2021 we launched a new division, focussing heavily on landlord compliance - carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments, PAT & Gas Safety Inspections in domestic properties.

Our latest news to break, we have secured partnership with one of our long standing clients, a well known UK wide property management company where we will be responsible for all landlord compliance checks from Carlisle to Orkney Islands.

I am actively looking to speak Gas Engineers looking for new employment to join our rapidly growing business. We currently have 2 positions available.

To be considered for this role, you will have
- minimum 3 years experience in domestic
- ACS qualified
- ability to work on your own
- full UK driving licence
- PAT & Legionella Risk Assessment experience is desirable (not essential as training will be provided)
- effective time management skills

*Full time position
*Salary negotiable
*28 days paid holidays per anum
*Van, tools, uniform provided by the company
*Optional overtime - not mandatory

Rivington Heating Solutions are looking to add to our team of engineers.

We are recruiting a boiler/heating engineer to carry out domestic installations such as combi swaps and occasionally system to combi conversions.

This is a full time position and the suitable candidate will cover work across G & ML postcode areas

You must have;
-at least 3 years installation experience
-an up to date ACS qualification
-the ability to work on your own

A fully equipped van will provided unless you prefer to use your own.

Start date: 1st of October 2020, however we can be flexible on start date for the right candidate.

Yesterday one of our customers contacted us about a leak at their boiler however they couldn't work out where it was coming from.

Upon investigation, we identified that the combustion chamber was had burst and carbon monoxide particles had been entering the customers home - they had been complaining of headaches and tiredness.

We condemned the boiler and replaced it this morning - a brand new Ideal Logic + Combi with a Magnaclean filter system and 7 years warranty.

It's vital that you have a carbon monoxide detector in your property, it may save your life.

Our team have been working really hard across the board, infact so hard that Daryl has been attracting some interesting and well known clients - a globally recognised IT hardware and software conglomerate.... They had called us out to inspect their old Halstead Ace High at one of their offices based in Glasgow.

We deemed it uneconomical to repair and provided a solution that would be cost effective and more reliable.

Installation by Ryan.

We were called to diagnose a fault with this old Vokera Linea in Eaglesham however we uncovered that there were several components needing replaced and we couldn't guaranteed it would survive another winter.

The customer instructed us to give them a solution, we provided 3 quotes based on a low, mid and high range boiler.

They chose the Baxi 600 series which comes with a massive 7 years warranty, they said it was a no brainer as they were looking for something that would be cost effective in the long run.
