Bespoke MDF unit built into the alcove with custom shelving to maximise the space, paired with a fully bespoke fireplace and paneling running through the living room and hallway.

All prepped and ready for paint 🎨 — this one is going to look unreal once the colour goes on.

This project involved a full flooring upgrade across the property, structural ceiling alterations, and the installation of a custom media wall. All work was completed with attention to detail, from subfloor preparation to final finishing touches.

Scope of Works:
🔲Laminate Flooring – 110m²
▪️Existing skirtings and door facings removed
▪️Subfloor prepared and plywood installed throughout
▪️New laminate flooring fitted across all areas
▪️Finished with new modern skirtings and door facings
🔲LVT Flooring – 18m² (Hall & Bathroom)
▪️Subfloor preparation completed
▪️Luxury vinyl tile flooring fitted for a durable, clean finish
🔲Internal Doors
▪️New internal doors supplied and fitted
▪️Doors finished with new modern facings for a clean, consistent look
🔲Media Wall
▪️Bespoke media wall constructed
▪️Decorative panelling installed
