The wheel just keeps turning, this weeks progress
Cala barrhead - plot 84 erecteted and completed. Plots 83/82 semi wallplate done ready for GF panels, cassettes and roos loaded up on monday
Cala jackton - plot 450 erected and completed, plot 451 wallplate , headbinder and roof trusses loaded in. Started the roof to get a head start on next week .

Been a minute since last update but the team have been powering on even though the odds are stacked against us. Constant battle getting scaffolds and slabs going , ended up leap frogging by 4 roofs . Even with holidays etc throughout for me and the men we have still in the last 11 weeks managed ,

April is out the road now. Not been the best of months , work seems to be more of a battle these days , a man only wants to graft to keep the wolves from the door but now theres wolves running the sites and companies stopping production and continuity. But still managed

Since taking this on in October where there were many challenges and setbacks only the show homes were completed , we have got 28 plots up and completed with 15 moved into . 🔨🔨

Hard to believe that this time last year we were just starting the new show homes for this phase and now the pod is nearly complete , 55 out of 59 plots erected and 35 moved into. 🔨
