We were delighted today to hand over a brand-new Putzmeister M760 DHB to Eddie Butcher at B&M Flooring Solutions, marking their first screed pump purchase, and a big milestone in our long-standing relationship!

B&M have been valued hire customers of RSM Hire for many years, so when the time came to invest in a pump of their own, we were thrilled they chose to buy with us. With B&M's experienced screeders already well-versed in operating Putzmeister machines, it was an easy decision to go with a pump they know and trust.

RSM hire currently have two roles we are looking to fill.

Plant Fitter Burton on Trent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for our fleet of screed and grout pumps at our BOT branch. Based in branch but you will also attend site to repair and maintain machines. Breakdown van provided. Competitive salary. previous plant hire and towing experience essential.

Labourer/ Yard Person

Responsible for day to day cleaning/maintenance of plant and equipment in our busy Glasgow branch. full training will be provided to the correct candidate. Competitive salary. This role would be suited to those looking to gain first time employment and school leavers.

RSM Hire were delighted to be given the opportunity to sponsor local grass roots football club Cumbernauld Colts Community Football Club 2014’s matchday kits for the coming season.

The sponsorship has allowed the club to provide kits for a squad of 30 local kids. Colts 2014's have just started their first season playing 7-a-side football in the central league. This is a big step for the team and gives the boys new challenges and learning experiences as the format is much more difficult than the previous seasons in 5-a-sides. The team is split in to three different groups of ten and will travel across the central belt, playing 15 home and away fixtures against other grassroots teams. All 3 teams have progressed well in their first four fixtures with some brilliant football on display and some great results. The club colours tie in nicely with our own and we are delighted with how smart the team look in their new strips.

A special thanks goes to our own PPE provider and affiliate sponsor of the club Suresafe Protection Ltd. Thanks to Robert O'Donnell for the organising and printing of our logo on the strips, free of charge.

You can expect regular updates throughout the season as the team continue to progress on their journey in 7-a-sides.

Their chosen charity was St Andrews Hospice which provides specialist palliative care to people living with life-limiting Illnesses.
