We’re delighted to share great news from Coldharbour Road, Gravesend 👏

Our 75-bed care home has been successfully completed and handed over to our operating company, with full CQC registration achieved at the end of January 2026.

Delivered with a future-focused design, the home has been built with sustainability at its core, achieving an EPC A rating and featuring air source heat pumps, solar panels, and underfloor heating.

A brilliant milestone for the project team. Well, done to everyone involved, and we’re proud to hand over to Morar Living as they begin the next chapter for this fantastic new home 💙

✨ Project Update – Gravesend Care Home Nearing Completion ✨

We’re delighted to share a first look at our almost completed care home development in Gravesend as we move into the final stages of construction. The building is now receiving its finishing touches, with a carefully considered mix of cladding materials, including Rockpanel and Cedral boards, delivering a modern, robust, and visually striking façade.

Inside, high-quality finishes, from up-spec’d tiles to thoughtfully designed interior details, continue to elevate the environment we aim to create for future residents.

With CQC and Building Control visits scheduled before the end of the year, the team is giving it everything for the final push before Santa arrives. 🎅🏼💪

Looking forward to sharing further updates when we are fully fitted out in the next couple of weeks.

🏗️ 80-Bed Care Home – Pagham | Project Update 🏡

Great progress on-site at our Pagham development!

With the scaffolding now down, we're excited to reveal the beautiful exterior cladding that really showcases the building’s design. The fireline board installation on the top floor is now complete, strengthening our commitment to safety and quality.

Across the ground and first floors, works are moving quickly, with underfloor heating installations currently ongoing and all trades pushing forward to the next stages of the build.

A huge well done to everyone involved for keeping the project moving smoothly. The vision for this fantastic 80-bed care home is becoming more visible every day!

🚧 Project Update – Connaught Avenue, Frinton-on-Sea
62-Bed Care Home Development

We are pleased to report excellent progress on site this week, marked by the successful er****on of the luffing crane, enabling the next phase of construction to proceed efficiently.

Installation of the LGSF (light gauge steel frame) panels has now commenced within the basement, representing an important milestone as the structural frame begins to rise.

Well done to the project team and our supply chain partners for maintaining strong momentum on this key development. Further updates will be shared as works continue.

🏗️ Great Progress at Our Uxbridge Care Home Site!
Fantastic progress continues at our 81-bed care home development in Uxbridge! The site is looking tidy and well-organised, considering the logistic complexities, as our steel frame nears completion.
The trad system provides a safe platform for the roof truss installation, and the sarking board is now nearing completion, ready for the main roof covering to begin soon.
The M&E first fix and non-perishable drylining is also progressing smoothly across the site, and we’re especially pleased to see the 21-bed extension almost catching up with the main 60-bed build, a brilliant effort from everyone involved! 👏
A huge thank you to the whole team for keeping things moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. 🚧💪

🏗️ Project Update – 75-Bed Care Home, Coldharbour Road, Gravesend 🧱
Great progress on site this week! Here’s where we’re at 👇
✅ Scaffolding starting to come down – revealing the red brick and anthracite cladding that really break up the structure beautifully
✅ Top floor mis coat complete, ready for final coat and final fix electrics before flooring goes down
✅ Final runs of underfloor heating going in, ready for screed on ground floor – helping us achieve that EPC A rating and BREEAM in Use sustainability target
✅ The building is really starting to take shape, and we’re getting closer to that all-important client handover 🎉

🏗️ Project Update | 80-Bed Care Home, Pagham, Bognor Regis 🌊

We’re excited to share the latest progress on our 80-bed care home development on the South Coast:

✅ Roof tiling is nearly complete, with the dormer detailing looking fantastic 🏠
✅ Cladding well underway, giving the building a high-quality external finish 🧱✨
✅ Plasterboard has been efficiently lifted into bedrooms by crane before the roof went on 🚧💪 – boosting build efficiency
✅ First fix electrics and pipework are progressing smoothly 🔌
✅ 6-metre excavation and sheet piling for the new pumping station is complete 🪏

The project is moving along nicely, and we’re looking forward to handover to our client in Spring 2026 🌸.

This project will deliver:
• An 84-bed care home 🏥
• A southern base for Simply UK, featuring a state-of-the-art office and depot 🏢
