Commercial construction - YES we do that!

It’s been a busy few weeks for us, we had a short window to demolish the old cabin office and build this double storey office block.
In 2 weeks we have got it up, roof on, first fix electrics, dry lined and plastered.
Next week, second fix joinery, window installation, 2nd fix electrical and decoration to hand over. We have a short lead time on the steel staircase but apart from that, a fantastic 3 week turn around for a fantastic client.

Structural steel installation all finished off ready for the plasterer on Monday, floor repairs sorted - just another day at the office.

Lovely job, one very happy customer and now time for a shower and a pint to say cheers to this week as the next few weeks are going to be manic! We are even working a Sunday 👀 👀

✅ All structural calculations dealt with to keep your dream project hassle free.

Our latest project on shirebrook park for a great repeat customer -

- Removal of internal structural wall.
- Installation of a new steel beam as per the Structural Calculations
- Padstones installed and we are just awaiting for them to set.
- Steel beam is framed out and ready to accept 60 minute fireboard.
- All making good to be done tomorrow and our plasterer is onsite on Monday.
- Kitchen to be installed upon delivery.

Just awaiting the radiator valves to arrive as they are sought after and the good mirror but that’s us complete on this one.

So we have started our latest bathroom refurbishment today which includes -

- the removal of the dividing wall to make this bathroom all one space.

- shower cubicle is being removed and a bath installed as the customer wants those lovely chilled bath vibes that she has been craving for years. 🛀 🕯️

- doorway blocked up, glass fanlight removed and re-skimmed.

👀 keep your eyes on this one, it’s going to be special with the customers colour choices. We are excited to complete this one. 👌🏻

Another fit out complete. ✅

This customer had old freestanding wardrobes and a cramped cupboard. We opened up the space to give the room a bigger feel, and incorporated some fitted wardrobes.

Just some light decoration to affected areas but another job complete for another happy customer.

Wardrobes taken down, knocked through into the next room to create an en-suite. En-suite fit out.
New panelling - new feature lighting - new fitted wardrobes - skirting and architraves - General electrical and plumbing works. 👌🏻❤️
