Completed basement conversion in Heaton Moor, around 100m2 of new floor space to incorporate a sound proofed music studio, photography room, cinema room, w.c. And utility room. Also with bespoke oak veneer units and solid oak overlaid steps! 😍 (also included a picture of next doors cat which loved walking on any new concrete floor 😻🙄)

Completed basement conversion in Ramsbottom! With approx 100m2 of new floor space it allows for separate areas to be used as a cinema, music and family room space! Completed basement conversion in Poynton ready for the decorators. After the adjoining river had burst its banks, we were required to rip out the existing antiquated ‘tanking’ and install a full new membrane system and double sump pump! 👍
