Little addition to this pre existing pottery shed. Bricks to match and toothed in at the back. Small window added for ventilation and some natural light. New door with mortice lock for added security. New soffit and fascia and flat roof extended onto with firestone rubber and joining tape

Little job up at Glossop Rugby Club. Opening up the conservatory to connect with the rest of the club making much better use of the space. Old doors remover and supporting acrows put in place then all unwanted brickwork removed. Padstones fitted and steels installed to structural engineers design. Then fireboarded as per building regulations and plastered to give a seamless look. Then skirted to finish off the job

Extension- stone below damp, block construction double skin latted to be cladded by client. Knock through the old window to gain access to the new room and velux installed. Re-roof on rear lean to extension with 2 new velux installed and new block internal block walls.

Extension! Old garage demolished front and back and second skin built of new 100mm block with pillars to support gable wall as structural engineers specification. New trussed roof constructed and covered with breathable felt and 2x1 treated laths before being tiled to match existing house and new dry ridge system. A stepped cavity tray was added where the new roof meets the existing property. Internally, new stud walls were built, and all walls were plasterboarded and skimmed. The old kitchen was ripped out, and a new kitchen was fitted by us.

Bay window new roof covering, old lead coving was pooling water causing a leak, so a new ply roof covering with a fall was added to help the water run into the internal gutter. Then, a new firestone flat roofing rubber was laid then a new lead gutter and overhang was fitted for aesthetic

New door opening formed into this garage, with concrete lintel and new frame and door with appropriate ironmongery. Area where lintel was added was plastered up and new architrave to match existing property. Then, a set of stairs were built and fitted as access into this garage. No job to big or too small.
