👀👷 *UPDATE* 👷👀

📍 Hucclecote, Gloucester

The team have hit the ground running this week and made some great progress on site:

✅ Beam fill completed between floor joists
✅ Steels installed to the front of the property, ready to build above the garage opening
✅ Brickwork outer skin taken up another lift, ready for the scaffold to be raised tomorrow

By the end of next week, we should be exactly where we want to be — with roof trusses measured and on order, ready to get this one watertight 🪚🏡

Our team has been making strong progress on site this week:
• Double storey side extension now built up to first floor level
• Scaffold being erected tomorrow ready for next stage
• Materials arriving Thursday morning to continue the build up to next lift
• Steels delivered for the build over the garage at the front of the property
• Floor joists scheduled for installation next week
• Drainage works planned over the coming weeks

We’re making the most of the good weather to push the build forward as efficiently as possible.

👷‍♂️ Project Update – Hucclecote, Gloucester 📍

The team have made an excellent start this week and have already achieved strong progress on site:
• Brickwork and blockwork completed up to DPC level
• Brickwork outer skin built to first lift
• Insulated and Thermolite blocks brought up to height

Over the coming days, we’ll be rerouting the drainage in preparation for setting out the new double-storey extension to the side of the property.

👀👷 NEW PROJECT 👷👀

We’re excited to share another job secured through recommendation ✅ — a testament to the quality and trust we build with every project.

This latest job is a double storey side extension, wrapping around to form a single storey across the rear of the property 🏡

The team have hit the ground running this week and progress is already well underway:
• Old concrete slab removed from the garage area
• Oversite reduced
• Footings excavated
• Concrete footings poured

Great start by the team and we’re looking forward to bringing you regular updates as this project develops 👷‍♂️.

This customer contacted us as we previously completed their family members property.

Whole house renovation and plans being put forward for a double story extension to the side of the property, with a single storey extension to the rear 👷.

-Full rewire
-New boiler and all plumbing works
-Plastering throughout the whole property.

The Grove boys got stuck in and already have made big progress this week.

Jobs completed this week;
-Removal of all old wall paper throughout the whole property to inspect walls for damp issues.
-Removal of all old fire places downstairs.
-Lift all carpets throughout.

Finishing this week off with removal of the old floor boards downstairs to potentialy under go a full rip out for an insulated floor throughout the property ready for the customer to have her forever home✅

This customer contacted us as their front garden wall was being forced over by a large tree stump causing the wall to crack and edge towards the road.

The grove team took down the wall and fenced off the area meaning no more damage could be caused.

-Footings excavated.
-Tree stump removed.
-New concrete pour.
-New bricks laid to perfect the wall.
-Finished off with the old copings.
