Some more machines saved and owners happy to be back working 👌

✅ Kubota U55 common DPF regen issues and EGR sorted for life

✅JS 130 Adblue and EGR off due to scr faults and derate constantly with dash downtier to get rid of adblue gauge to make it like it never had it

✅Claas for EGR delete and tune up to keep up with the rest of the flock

✅Jd engine crusher with adblue and DPF faults jd dealer spent £4k on and gave up so we sorted it out and made some people happy and back working with no faults

✅A couple of ecus bought into the workshop from another plant repair firm to do for them Case 35 Tonner DPF and EGR off and a Hyundai 145 for Adbkue and EGR off

✅JCB 536-60 having a new turbo actuator and adblue / EGR removed with dash down tiered (actuators are so common to fail on these we now keep them in stock)

🫠Massey 8740s having a new engine, guts load of work definitely designed by the French couldn’t make the job more of a pig if they tried

Need a machine sorted with emissions faults or lacking power give me a shout 🫡

Flat out couple of weeks, machines everywhere put back working as they should be with minimal downtime and big savings on parts!

Cat th telehandler suffering from scr faults rectified forever ✅

Kubota 5 ton digger Dpf and egr faults sorted for life at less than half the price of a new dpf alone ✅

Case CX130 Dpf and egr sorted and breathing easy now bomb proof digger will go on forever now ✅

Tm320 adblue faults causing various faults an limp mode after 11000 hours she was treated to scr and egr off to keep her running happy ✅

Takuechi tb2150 adblue faults again good diggers, rubbish after treatment sorted for life ✅

Dieci self propelled concrete mixer with kubota engine suffering from incomplete regens and limp mode sorted back to full power✅

Jd6215r you guessed it adblue faults and limp mode again sorted and back off planting ✅

Fendt 724 suffering from regen issues and adblue conversion inefficiency faults all taken care of and back to work ✅

Stage 5 jcb in for a tune up from 75hp to 100 hp big improvement on the road and pushing up heavy loads ✅

Vauxhall van with scr and egr faults dealer wanted to fit new ecu to perhaps fix but not sure and spend £2000 w***y nilly! Personally I don’t think thy make a Vauxhall worth £2000 😜 so it was sorted for a fraction of the price and back on the road ✅

There was a few more but bored of typing now, any hassle you have you know who to call 📞 🫡

Been all over the shop the last couple of weeks and seen some interesting names places 🤣

Case 521G Adblue and DPF sorted out DOC was blocked solid and engine wouldn’t run for more than 5 minutes ✅

Volvo penta engine Adblue and EGR sorted out no more limp mode and work stopping on timed jobs where it costs the customer down time and fines for late completion ✅

Fendt 211 gen 6 Adblue and DPF faults parts priced at over £4000 with out labour to get it out of limp mode with no promise any other faults after fixed for good ✅

Sunward skid steer DPF and Doc had split new unit are over £3000 and only done 1500 hours from new sorted for good at a fraction of the price ✅

Kubota KX080-4 DPF and EGR off this machine had been regening multiple times a day, the ash load was too high and with the hours on the machine cleaning would have more than likely damaged the DPF rather than repaired it so we fixed it for life ✅

Few recent jobs completed:

Stage 5 JCB LOADALL DPF and adblue off due to constant regen and scr faults ✅

JCB shovel EGR off due to constant surging and underpowered engine being choked with soot ✅

Tier 4 JCB donkey engine with EGR faults and limp mode sorted also had new turbo actuator due to common can bus fault ✅

Claas 660 arion DPF SCR EGR off and made reliable for the future ✅

Transit in for SCR EGR DPF OFF ✅

Another busy week keeping machine loving and making them more reliable and less costly 👍

VW caddy adblue fault causing non start sorted on site and back on the road ✅

Doosan DX140-5 adblue faults in limp mode sorted for good no more hassle just a digger that can do something now ✅

Doosan Dx63-3R Dpf faults reoccurring daily and in limp mode trying to constantly regen, sorted once and for all making it a nice little reliable machine ✅

Two JD6R series tractors for a time up and adblue delete ready for the busy season ahead more reliable, better on fuel and making lighter work of the heavier jobs ✅

Case cx85d with dpf issues sorted and made drama free and full power again ✅

We always do the software and physical side of the job so it’s a turn key package no 12 months later the exhaust is blocked solid and it won’t run job 👍 if you need some machinery sorted the propper way give me a shout 🫡

Few jobs from last two weeks been flat out getting machines back working again!

Kobelco SK210 big stick with constant DPF / Adblue regen issues due to faulty sensors and Dpf being over regenerated and damaging it sorted ✅

Willibald shredder with stage 5 MAN with Adblue issues sorted and back to work out of limp mode DPF all working as it should ✅

Hyundai 140 fitted with a cheap emulator that had failed, pages of faulty sensors and errors Adblue deleted properly and back to work ✅

Fuchs MHL with DPF and ADBLUE issues sorted for life no more regens and expensive sensors and DPF filters to replace and a happier engine running smooth ✅

Case CX130D Adblue off due to faulty pump unit, DPF working as it should and out of limp mode ✅

JCB 437 Adblue gremlins and constant limp mode sorted, DPF and EGR working as the should and will regen as normal ✅

Manitou with Perkins engine in derate due to adblue faults, Adblue sorted and DPF/EGR all working as it should after testing ✅

Help Rough terrain forklift with kubota engine EGR / DPF sorted and tested all back to full power ✅

Case cx130D Adblue gremlins and genuine only part to fix was £2000 we sorted it for half the price Adblue tank showing full and DPF/EGR working as it should after testing ✅

Busy on as usual;

3 x JCB TM320 with SCR / EGR issues sorted no more limp mode no more hassle and expensive parts to pay for ✅

Old hitachi that’s done well got to 13,000 hours and finally decided the DPF is full and regens aren’t doing it anymore DPF / EGR sorted so she can be out working with the engine breathing easier ✅

Volvo EC380 EGR / DPF / SCR all off ACM removed completely just a good old 13L Volvo motor purring away and earning money without the operator crawling about in limp mode ✅

Volvo EC250 EGR / DPF / SCR all off ACM removed another great machine that’s been hindered with emissions faults made great again ✅

Any ADBLUE / EGR / DPF faults that need sorting for good and no more spending money on sensors and downtimes give us a shout 📲
