Flat out as usual keeping the kit going how it should be ✅💨

-Cat D6 C9 DPF full of ash sorted for life ✅
-Hyundai HX140 Caterpillar engine adblue dramas sorted ✅

-Kobleco SK140 DPF split and clogged due to low flow sorted and back to work ✅

-Kobleco SK85MSR constant regenerations multiple in a day due to DPF being at end of service life ✅

-Volvo EC140E got to 8000 hours and DPF had been regenerated so much it started crumbling to pieces back to full power ✅

-Sprinter flat bed in for adblue fault sender in tank had failed, sorted and back on the road earning its keep ✅

-JCB 541-70 Adblue sender failed common occurrence on these, back to full power ✅

-Doosan DX235 with scania engine, stuck in Denox regen cycle, back to making a mess on a wet building site ✅

Any emissions related faults that need repairing or fully removing and sorting for export / off-road purposes get in touch 👍

More machines back to work reliable and earning money 👌

-Cat d6 C9 engine with intermittent DPF and SCR issues sorted for life ✅

-Hitachi ZX225 zero tail swing with adblue and DPF faults both ecu and dcu remapped to get rid of DPF EGR SCR faults ✅

-JCB 540 Loadall adblue issues sorted adblue and EGR solution applied and tested back to work ✅

-Hyundai Hx140 Adblue sender faults and various sensors plagued with derate and miethering sorted on site and back digging ✅

-Volvo EC140 E DPF SCR EGR off and down-tiered dash board never an issue after guaranteed ✅

-Volvo EC235 E DPF SCR EGR off and down-tiered back to being arguably the best diggers on the market with no pesky faults and derate ✅.

Plant / agri equipment in need of a solution to keep you going and not spending constant money give me a shout 🫡

A few more machines up and running full strength again:

-Fendt 724 Diagnosed faulty ecu, had a new one in stock cloned old unit and back on the road 👌

-JCB 540-140 in final stage of derate due to end of life DPF , EGR and DPF sorted for life ✅

-Case 210 with adblue dramas and derate, Adblue off and DPF / EGR still working as it should ✅

-JCB Fastrac 3230 sisu Adblue drama sorted and out of limp mode ✅

-2 X A30G Volvo one tier 5 and one tier 4 Adblue and DPF sorted and back to work ✅

-Liebherr scrap handler with fpt engine Adblue off and back to work ✅

-Forklift with kubota engine having DPF regen issues DPF and EGR off ✅

-2 x Cummins powered Hyundais for adblue off due to failed senders that cost well over £1000 each ✅

-Caterpillar D6 DPF and EGR niggles sorted ✅

More problems require more solutions ✅

✅Fendt 516 with adblue faults cured for ever

✅Fendt rogator with repeat Dpf and adblue faults cured for ever

✅JCB Telehandlers going on holiday to Egypt had DPF and EGR removed and deleted

✅Komatsu PC210 for adblue off Dpf still working as it should

✅Case shovel in final derate with adblue faults, adblue delete and dpf working as it should

✅Valtra that has had more sensors than most machines and now adblue pump failed sorted for life

✅Doosan DX140-5 somone else had tried to do a adblue delete on and the adblue pump was still trying to work and going into limp mode sorted and trouble free now for life

✅2 x Cummins Hyundai HX140 both with failed adblue senders that are priced at just shy of £1500 a piece! Sorted now with Dpf still working ready to go out on jobs and not stuck off hire

✅Cat D6 downier to tier 3 after intermittent EGR faults and future proofed against Dpf faults

✅JCB 535-95 down-tiered adblue faults gone for good along with egr back to being an engine with no limp mode or future problems, adblue gauge coded off the dash can unplug all adblue or egr sensors no problem

Some more machines saved and owners happy to be back working 👌

✅ Kubota U55 common DPF regen issues and EGR sorted for life

✅JS 130 Adblue and EGR off due to scr faults and derate constantly with dash downtier to get rid of adblue gauge to make it like it never had it

✅Claas for EGR delete and tune up to keep up with the rest of the flock

✅Jd engine crusher with adblue and DPF faults jd dealer spent £4k on and gave up so we sorted it out and made some people happy and back working with no faults

✅A couple of ecus bought into the workshop from another plant repair firm to do for them Case 35 Tonner DPF and EGR off and a Hyundai 145 for Adbkue and EGR off

✅JCB 536-60 having a new turbo actuator and adblue / EGR removed with dash down tiered (actuators are so common to fail on these we now keep them in stock)

🫠Massey 8740s having a new engine, guts load of work definitely designed by the French couldn’t make the job more of a pig if they tried

Need a machine sorted with emissions faults or lacking power give me a shout 🫡

Flat out couple of weeks, machines everywhere put back working as they should be with minimal downtime and big savings on parts!

Cat th telehandler suffering from scr faults rectified forever ✅

Kubota 5 ton digger Dpf and egr faults sorted for life at less than half the price of a new dpf alone ✅

Case CX130 Dpf and egr sorted and breathing easy now bomb proof digger will go on forever now ✅

Tm320 adblue faults causing various faults an limp mode after 11000 hours she was treated to scr and egr off to keep her running happy ✅

Takuechi tb2150 adblue faults again good diggers, rubbish after treatment sorted for life ✅

Dieci self propelled concrete mixer with kubota engine suffering from incomplete regens and limp mode sorted back to full power✅

Jd6215r you guessed it adblue faults and limp mode again sorted and back off planting ✅

Fendt 724 suffering from regen issues and adblue conversion inefficiency faults all taken care of and back to work ✅

Stage 5 jcb in for a tune up from 75hp to 100 hp big improvement on the road and pushing up heavy loads ✅

Vauxhall van with scr and egr faults dealer wanted to fit new ecu to perhaps fix but not sure and spend £2000 w***y nilly! Personally I don’t think thy make a Vauxhall worth £2000 😜 so it was sorted for a fraction of the price and back on the road ✅

There was a few more but bored of typing now, any hassle you have you know who to call 📞 🫡

Been all over the shop the last couple of weeks and seen some interesting names places 🤣

Case 521G Adblue and DPF sorted out DOC was blocked solid and engine wouldn’t run for more than 5 minutes ✅

Volvo penta engine Adblue and EGR sorted out no more limp mode and work stopping on timed jobs where it costs the customer down time and fines for late completion ✅

Fendt 211 gen 6 Adblue and DPF faults parts priced at over £4000 with out labour to get it out of limp mode with no promise any other faults after fixed for good ✅

Sunward skid steer DPF and Doc had split new unit are over £3000 and only done 1500 hours from new sorted for good at a fraction of the price ✅

Kubota KX080-4 DPF and EGR off this machine had been regening multiple times a day, the ash load was too high and with the hours on the machine cleaning would have more than likely damaged the DPF rather than repaired it so we fixed it for life ✅

Any emissions problems with Plant or Agri machines your having and need sorting for good get in touch 📲
