Our aim is to develop our agents to consult comprehensively with our customers, identifying their individual needs, providing surveying services that deliver fully assessed and viable Energy Saving Projects, funded in a variety of ways. We work with a range of installers to enable us to provide high quality projects including insulation, Solar PV, Air-Source Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal Panels, Exter
nal Wall insulation through privately financed and Government Scheme supported projects. We work hard to ensure that all of our contractors are highly competent and work to a high standard at all times, being fully trained by EnergyWiseUK both in-house and on-site for any measures that they assess for. We encourage and support formal qualifications wherever possible, and ensure that our mix of contractors includes DEA and GDA qualified consultants. We maintain regular, detailed communication with all of our agents, and support them fully in all aspects of their work. This includes providing ongoing training and support for existing and new products and government schemes, to enable our contractors to give advice within all areas of energy saving that are relevant to our customers. At the heart of our business are our ‘5 keys to Quality’ which are put in place to assure the accuracy of the work that our Agents do and to enable us to have the best possible relationship with our customers.
