At MBER this week, our team has been busy creating new spaces with Structural Steelwork

A snapshot from one of the projects we currently working on, showcasing the importance of precision structural steelwork.

Working within an existing roof structure requires careful planning, accurate installation and attention to detail to ensure strength and stability.

The installation of structural steel plays a key role in making this transformation possible, providing the strength and support needed to alter the existing structure and create a new, and usable space.

A Picturesque Finish

A recent project completed by MBER, involving the fabrication and installation of bespoke steel railings, a decorative entrance gate and a matching fixed panel.

Working from the architect’s design concept, the railings were manufactured to suit the property's newly built entrance steps, providing a practical solution that complements the traditional stonework.

For the entrance gate and fixed panel, decorative metalwork components were individually handcrafted to replicate the original school gate design, retaining its traditional detailing and character.

A project bringing together traditional craftsmanship and modern fabrication techniques, with a finish in keeping with the property's heritage.

A bespoke steel solutIion recently completed for one of our valued clients.

Our team designed and manufactured this custom access platform to suit the client's requirements, before load testing and delivering it ready for use.

A great example of the varied work we take on at MBER and what we can produce when an off the shelf solution doesn't fit the job.

Today the team carried out a steel railing repair outside Dr Foster at Gloucester Docks.

Not every project we undertake is a large structural steel package. Sometimes it's the smaller repairs that help keep local businesses and public spaces safe and looking their best. Supporting our local community wherever we can is something we're proud to do.

CHELTENHAM PROJECT

Another residential project progressing well for one of our loyal clients.

For this residential project in Cheltenham, we worked closely with the client to carry out the site measure before fabricating and supplying the structural steel package, ready for installation by their team.
