Rendering in motion 👌 Part 1 of the rendering process is underway on our own development in Upton St Leonard’s, Gloucestershire.

There is a massive amount of preparation works involved when applying a render system. We have opted to go for a thin coat system with the colour ‘Oslo’ this is a beautiful shade of white but a few shades down so it’s not a pure stark white. 💛

It compliments the scheme we have chosen with the windows/bricks and slates giving that modern feel but also keeping that country style feel to a modern property. 🙌

A massive thanks to our chosen contractors to carry out the works GRS Rendering and PRB Systems for the top quality products! 👌

The roof construction is completed on the main roof of our build in Churchdown, Gloucester! 🏗️

A lot of intricate works have gone into this double hip roof, which gives the house a really lovely feel, plus it fits in really well with the existing structure! 👌🔥

Sometimes it's the small details that can make a massive difference! 🔥

Although it can hold up some progress, it’s worth waiting and being patient to get that desired look and finish you want! 👌 And, that’s exactly what we have done on our own development out in Upton St Leonard’s.

From an original weathered brick chimney, we have opted to have a new re-model, a new pot and cowl. The chimney has also been lined ready for the open log burner at a later date, plus there's a new anthracite coping feature, and a beautiful thin coat render system!

The render system will follow suit on a large proportion of the build, as you will see along the way. Great work as always from the guys , looking forward to the rest of the rendering on the project! It also complements the Rivendale slates on the main roof! 💛

A double hip roof 💛👌

There's been great progress from the team on our development in Churchdown, Gloucester. 👏 Construction of the main first-floor roof is underway with a fantastic design from the architect, creating a beautiful double hip roof with a flat valley, in between, breaking up the two roofs.

From engineered trusses to intricate cut works from our carpentry team, this will be a great feature of this project! 🔥👌

Underfloor heating ✅ Fibre concrete screed in motion ⏳🪏

Progress is moving nicely on our project in Southam, Cheltenham! With the underfloor heating being installed in the new extension area, it has enabled us to lay the fibre concrete screed within this area. 🔥👌👍

It’s coming together nicely now on our huge renovation development in the stunning village of Ashton Under Hill, Evesham. 🏡

With the entire roof completely stripped, insulated, and counter battened, the team have carefully reinstate the original roof tiles and created the beautiful dormers within! 💛 With timber facias/sofits, installed these will be painted to match the stunning windows and doors once installed.

Colour to be revealed at a later date, but this roof has just transformed the building completely, plus it's made it in keeping with the surrounding buildings within the village. 👌

Wall plate 👏 We are pleased to be up to wall plate on our project in Churchdown, Gloucester.

This will now make way for the construction of a single-story pitched roof on the rear of the property, plus the two hipped roofs on the first-floor main structure! 🏡

There's also some additional steelworks going on in the ground floor too - lots of steelworks involved on this project! 💪🔥 It's going to be a beautiful space for our clients once finished.
