New project I've been working on inbetween.

EPDM rubber fix 🛠️

A small inbetween job we did for our customer.

An old pipe leak had come through into the house that was within the boxed area, also the rubber had failed at the joint bandaging, leaving the timber soaked. 💧

We took out all of the old and replaced with new osb panels, whilst sorting the pipe work.

New rubber and bandaging with a witches hat 🧙 over the soil pipe to finish the job. 👍

Lovely little job we completed in the sun 🌞

A new dwaft wall that we finished the other week. 🧱

Laid with blue engineer bricks at the bottom and new red imperials above.

Topped with blue coping tiles to cap off the top.

Old concrete refreshed with gravel and edging curbs.

This property is now ready to move in.

Who else has had a crazy start to the year?

Lots of elbow grease for us. 💪
The property is starting to look more like a home now 🏡

Also our poor van has also been in for some repair work. All fixed now ⚙️🧑‍🔧💸
Literally the work horse of the business. Lost without it!

Job Complete!

✨ Bright and minimal bathroom makeover ✨

A clean, modern feel of this cosy bathroom. The sloped ceiling and skylight bring in so much natural light, making the space feel airy and open.

We used neutral tiles, a sleek glass enclosed shower, and compact vanity. Also a freestanding toilet with a false wall to hide all the pipes to keep everything looking tidy and contemporary. 🚿🤍🌿

Such a transformation considering the way it was left before.

Finished Landscaping 😍.

We'd got asked to add in an extra slab area in front for a fire pit. 🔥

Also added an area for the bins around the side of the property.

All of this small project has come together nicely.

Just waiting on the front door to complete the front porch area.

Been a busy and very productive week. 🐝

We've managed to get the porch area all ready for the new front door, which has been ordered ready ✅.

We've also got the permimiter of the base ready and majority of the pergola has now been erected.

There will be a slabbed base to be laid next, which will finish the area off nicely. 😍
