🏠 ROOFING & FASCIA PROJECT COMPLETED 🏠
Another full roofing project completed by the team, including the main roof, extension roof and new fascia, soffits and guttering.
🔨 Main Roof
Supply and erect scaffolding
Strip existing roof of old tiles, laths, felt and debris, with all waste removed from site
Install breathable membrane and 50 x 25mm treated roof battens
Fit new Mendip tile
Install a new dry ridge system
Replace all existing leadwork with new

Full scaffold setup
Strip existing roof and remove all waste from site
Install breathable membrane and 50 x 25mm battens
Fit new Mendip tiles to match the main roof
Install dry ridge system
Replace all leadwork with new
Construct new timbers and roof to the side area
Install new black UPVC fascia, soffits and gutters
