New Build Fareham Rd:
How lucky was I that as I was passing our site, currently closed for a few days, and found a steel delivery about to take place. This was not on the schedule! They had arrived early. So, I stopped and thanks to the driver from Pyramid Steels, we offloaded as close to the position on installation as possible.
We now don’t need a crane for this section but as for the upper ridge, definitely. It’s huge! 😱

You see now the 1st floor is ahead of the ground floor. Underfloor heating completed on the first floor also and we have blinds in the bedroom glass too. So good to see a light at the end of a long tunnel on this one.

It’s the final days of plastering at our Alverstoke Project 1. It’s been a long road to get here! Last glass units going in too. Even the decorator has arrived to start mist coating upstairs.
The next posts will be the finishing bits.
Then we have the external renders to hit. That starts this week.
