Hot Water System Upgrade before and after.

I Replaced the existing direct cylinder with a new direct/indirect Cylinder, this new system has 2 methods of heating water, therefore a back up method is in place should one fail, this is a more energy efficient system for the customer 🙂

A recent Boiler Swap

Recent system upgrade, still need to lag the pipes at the boiler location and the boiler will be getting boxed in, existing system was open vented hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard and open vented heating and underfloor heating which was controlled via a light switch.

new system is, unvented cylinder in new location 150L internal vessel, all pipe work renewed and relocated with new zone valves, auto bypass, system completely rewired, underfloor heating now zoned off, new Vaillant 618 System boiler, new system filter and Hive active smart controls installed.

Customer now has excellent hot water pressure throughout property, now a more efficient system which is very easily controlled and all components are accessible to be serviced and maintained.
