Job Opportunity: Trainee General Operative
Location: Elecon UK – [Gosport Hardway]
Elecon UK, a well-established sheet metal company, is looking for a motivated Trainee General Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a young individual who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in the sheet metal and manufacturing industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting in the day-to-day operations within the workshop
• Supporting experienced team members with sheet metal work
• Learning how to use a variety of tools, machinery, and techniques
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• General duties as required to support production

• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team
• No previous experience required – full training will be provided
