Our full house demolision and construction of new dwelling in Hayling island completed earlier this year.

This house was completed to a high specification and included

🌟 Full under floor heating
🌟 Air source hest pump
🌟Solar pv with battery back up
🌟 Mechanical ventilation & heat recovery unit (MVHR)
🌟 Extremely highly insulated throughout with full SAP calculations and air test submitted.
🌟 2 person lift to all 3 floors with full disability acess to all rooms
🌟 High efficiency aluminium window and door frames, triple glazing with sun cool glass to prevent overheating from the vast amount of glazing on the house.
🌟 Framless balustrades on all balcony areas for seamless views
🌟 Triple glazed flat roof skylights

The site was a challenging build as we filled the entire site to the boundary on almost 3 of the elevations with the new property.

Extremely proud with the final result and the workmanship of the team as usual.

🪜 New stair opening trimmed out and new stair case fitted. 🪜

⚒️ Ground floor wall removed and RSJ installed, all internal door openings and walls reconfigured ⚒️

New year, New house? 🏠

A few progress pictures of our new build dwelling on Hayling Island, whether it’s an extension, loft conversion, complete New build or just some alterations, Our full time team at New View can complete it all for you.

On this build we are aiming for a high efficiency energy rating for our customer so we have all the latest materials to make it efficient as possible.

All 1st fix plumbing, electrical, mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) and under floor heating on all 3 floors completed.

Triple glazed aluminium windows and doors with suncool glass to prevent overheating in the summer as well as keeping the warm in during winter.

Insulation well over regulation standards to achieve higher efficiency.

New aritco compact elevator 🛗

Looking forward to the sliding patio doors coming in the next couple of weeks to fully appreciate how light and airy this house will be.

Sneak peak at our loft conversion project on hayling island seafront 🌊

Some snags and few outside finishes to go on this this one and we will be done. ☑️

I think you’ll agree from the photos it is looking fantastic 🤩

As well as the loft conversion on this one, we have also removed the 1st floor walls and chimney providing a clear open plan kitchen/dining/living area with separate television snug room. 📺

As always all work completed in house by our full time talented team of tradesman. 🔨

All electrical work completed by Berewood Electrical as always ⚡️

All plumbing and boiler works completed by TLF Plumbing and Heating as always 🪠

✅2nd floor steels lifted in by Danny Mears Transport Ltd
✅1st and 2nd floor joists trimmed out with engineered I-joists supplied by specialist
✅standard joists in all balcony areas

Some impressive structural work completed at our roof extension job in hayling island.

☀️ 🌊 There is very few places that are nicer to work at than here!

⭐️ Glulam ridge beam craned 🏗️ in place with cantilevered front section to form enclosed balcony
⭐️ Roof boarded with structural OSB 3 for integrity being so close to the sea.
⭐️All 1st fix electrics in on existing 1st floor and new 2nd floor
⭐️All 1st fix plumbing in for new 2nd floor and alterations on 1st floor

⚒️looking forward to commencing the finishing side of this project now.

Some lovely progress on our new build on hayling island.

7mn high density internal block work to carry all the loads of the next 2 storeys built off our raft foundation.

New conventional joists going in on the back end of the build for the rear balcony’s overlooking the nature reserve and sea.

New engineered I-joists and cantilever steel work for the front section of the house going in the rest of this week 💪🏼

As always all work completed by our talented full time workforce 🛠️
