It has been a pleasure spending a few days in Italy visiting several of our machinery suppliers.

One of the key values an agent brings is the ability to provide continuous feedback, ideas, and insights to help develop and improve products.

At Manzelli, we discussed a new idea on vacuum lifters for ceramic handling.
We also explored a separate development concept for Waterwalls, which we’re excited to see progress in the coming months.

David attended our Comandulli Open Days to take a look at the new Comandulli Ruby we had on display. After a great day at Comandulli HQ and seeing the Ruby in action, it was love at first sight 😊

A smooth installation and training were carried out by On Point, leaving us with a very happy customer all ready for the Christmas rush!

Thank You for Visiting Us at Marmomacc 2025!

We would like to sincerely thank all of our customers who visited us at Marmomacc last week. Marmomacc 2025 was a great success, and it’s always a pleasure to connect with so many familiar faces and new ones alike.

A special thank you as well to our partners for hosting such a beautiful show and for their generous hospitality throughout the event.

This year’s show featured exciting product launches, including the Comandulli Amber and our Aquafil LF water treatment system. The strong turnout and energy at the fair were clear signs that our industry continues to grow and thrive.

We are delighted to share our most recent installation of a Coral Edge Polishing Machine at Continental Stone in Ireland.

The Coral is a compact horizontal edge polisher designed to deliver a quality finish across multiple materials. It comes standard with seven straight polishing spindles, two top and two bottom bevelling spindles, and offers an optional manual probing device for calibrated bevels.

Despite its compact design, the Coral ensures outstanding results on a wide range of materials, from 6 mm ceramics to 80 mm granite.

We would like to thank Continental Stone for their continued trust in Comandulli machinery and in our team. A special thank you as well to our engineer Ricardo for ensuring another smooth installation and training.

Our next stop in Ireland will be the installation of a Comandulli Ruby, stay tuned 😊

We are pleased to share a recent installation of a Thibaut TC625 5-Axis CNC Saw, a JibForce AR500 Jib Crane together with a Manzelli 3PN Vacuum Lifter at Stone Sense.

As part of their ongoing business expansion and to further increase production capacity, Sam Hotten invested in a new CNC saw along with lifting equipment.

Our engineers ensured a smooth and efficient installation, accompanied by full training.

Starting off a busy week by sharing a recent installation at Stone & Ceramic Ltd

Due to their continued growth, Stone & Ceramic have added another Thibaut machine centre to their production line.

The newest addition is the Thibaut T812XL, a 4-axis CNC machine featuring:
• 49-tool magazine carousel
• Patented Thibaut gearbox for operations such as drainer grooves, straight and curved polishing
• XL table to maximise production and handle large pieces
• Overhead laser for fast and precise suction cup setup

This machine was installed using our own high speed tools from On Point Tooling.

It comes with our 5-year warranty and is fully supported by the On Point Group.

Over the past few days, we had the pleasure of visiting to demonstrate our range of edge polishing machines to some customers.

As the industry continues to evolve, Comandulli remains at the forefront of quality and technology in edge polishing. During our visit, we showcased a range of machines, including the Ruby and Omega 100, receiving fantastic feedback from customers who were impressed by the latest technology advancements in processing materials such as ceramics.

A huge thank you to Comandulli SRL and Mara Comandulli for their warm hospitality, it is truly appreciated. We also extend our gratitude to the customers who took the time to visit.
