We recently repaired reinstalled a Vaillant aroTherm that had been poorly installed. After getting the system reconfigured and running how it should be the customer has now opted to replace to old unit that had some reliability issues with a new aroTherm plus!
With this customer now having the reassurance of a 7 year warranty! They have already commented on the improvements to the new model.

Another .uk install completed for one of our customers. We have carried out loads of heating alterations and removed multiple boilers in multiple location in the same house! We have altered the entire system and got the back to just having one appliance.

With a flushed system, 10 years warranty and only 1 appliance to maintain now. Our customer is very happy.

We put a bad Install right!

We attended this property due to a heat pump that was making lots of noise and was clearly off balance. This was due to the impeller losing a fin.

After speaking with the customer and inspecting the system, it was clearly falling far short of a good standard.

After a few proposals to the customer. We agreed to relocate the existing outside unit, re pipe the primary pipework, upgrade/re-pipe the underfloor heating supply pipes, upgrading all internal and external insulation, since have reconfigured the heating to complete open loop optimising efficiency.

After regular check ins with our customer since the install they are now very happy with how their system is working.

A recently completed renewables project in East Sussex on a passive house self build.

Mitsubishi heat pump system installed alongside Multipipe UFH system. The ASHP installation on this project was eligible for the ‘BUS’ government grant of £7,500.00!!!
