The front door/side panels were prepared & sprayed Satin black, the wooden fascias & soffits had one rotten section replaced, then prepared and painted satin black, along with the black dampcourse, then Sandstone masonry, including multiple crack repairs.

After this patio was installed too high it had breached the dampcourse, and started the course problems, so a new chemical dampcourse was injected, the lower bricks treated and a little redesign to the original dampcourse to divert any rainwater
