So I had karndean flooring laid in my kitchen /dining room about 7 weeks ago now
After 24 hours of it being laid we had a load of tiny scratches ( we bought this floor as it has 10 year commercial guarantee and lifetime residential and everyone says it’s indestructible so thought this would last )
We contacted the flooring company who came round after a few days and looked and said he thinks it might be a faulty batch of flooring , so we had to speak directly to the manufacturer KARNDEAN , so we did this and lots of phone calls and emails in between then and now , so today they finally sent an engineer to look at it and they saying basically everything and anything can and will scratch this floor

I paid over £3000 to have this fitted and it’s a load of s**t please don’t anyone ever get KARNDEAN FLOORING
