After many years of dedication to Blackrow Group, we would like to wish our Financial Director and one of the long-standing owners of the business, Neil Ellis FCA, all the very best as he begins his well-earned retirement.

Neil has played an important part in the development and success of Blackrow over the years, helping guide the business through its growth while providing experience, stability and trusted financial leadership along the way.

His contribution has extended far beyond his role as Financial Director. As an owner of the business, Neil has been part of the decisions, challenges and successes that have helped shape Blackrow Group into the company it is today.

For everyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside him, his knowledge, support and commitment to the business will be greatly missed.

As Neil now begins the next chapter, everyone at Blackrow Group would like to say a sincere thank you for everything he has contributed over the years.

Supporting Our Communities, Wherever We Call Home

If you have followed Blackrow Group for a while, you will know how important it is to us to support the communities around our business.

That has always been a big part of who we are in Grimsby, and as our presence in the Midlands continues to grow, we are proud to be building the same relationships there too.

We are delighted to support Vipers RFC, helping a local club that gives people the opportunity to get involved in rugby, develop their skills and be part of a team.

It was brilliant to receive this video from the club and see the Blackrow name out on the training field.

For us, sponsorship is about more than putting a logo on a shirt. It is about supporting the people, clubs and organisations that make their local communities stronger.

A Little Update on Our New Facility 👀

Great to see our newest Blackrow Group facility starting to take shape, with the building receiving a fresh makeover and the Blackrow name now firmly in place.

There is still plenty happening behind the scenes as we prepare the site, but it will not be too long before we are fully operational and delivering engineering solutions from here.

The new facility represents another important step in the continued growth of Blackrow Group, giving us additional capacity to support our clients, our people and the projects ahead.

We are looking forward to sharing more updates as everything progresses.

Supporting the People Behind the Miracles 💜

Every day, the team at Grimsby Neonatal Unit supports babies and families through some of the most difficult and emotional moments they may ever experience.

Their skill, care, compassion and commitment make an enormous difference to families across our local community.

That is why Blackrow Group is so proud to support A Night of Little Miracles as the main event sponsor.

The charity ball will help raise funds for improvements within the Neonatal Unit, while also giving the hardworking team and BabyCare Charity the recognition they deserve.

🎶 Proud to Support Toddy Fest 2026 🎶

What a fantastic day Toddy Fest was on Saturday.

From the live music and entertainment to the food, laughter and brilliant atmosphere, it was wonderful to see so many people come together to celebrate the life of Tim Todd and support such a special community event.

Blackrow Group was proud to play a small part in helping make the day possible, alongside many other generous local businesses, performers, vendors and supporters.

A huge amount of work takes place behind the scenes, so special thanks must go to the organisers and volunteers who gave their time to plan, set up and deliver such a memorable event.

Most importantly, thank you to the Todd family for allowing the community to come together and honour Tim in such a meaningful way.

⚽ A Fantastic Evening for Blackrow Group ⚽

Another brilliant evening for everyone at Blackrow Group as two of our locally sponsored clubs,Grimsby Borough F.C. and Grimsby Town Football Club , faced each other at the Ltd Stadium.

It was fantastic to see both clubs in action and their new kits on display, making it an especially proud occasion for everyone connected with Blackrow.

Supporting local sport is about more than having our name on a shirt. It is about backing the clubs, players, volunteers and supporters who bring our community together.

Thank you to everyone involved for a great evening.

🏏 A Proud Moment for Blackrow Group 🏏

We are delighted to announce that one of our own, Luke Riley, has been selected to represent the England Men’s Deaf and Visually Impaired cricket squad this summer as they welcome India for a seven-match series.

This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of Luke’s hard work, talent and commitment to the sport.

Everyone at Blackrow Group is incredibly proud of Luke, and we wish him and the entire England squad the very best throughout the series.
