UPDATE! 🚨

I have been pretty slack with the posting of this job, but here’s an update of where we are on the Waddington Job, scroll though for before and after pictures. 🔨

This job has consisted of the following

-Demolition of 1x conservatory and 2x garages ✅
-Dig out and concrete foundations ✅
-All drainage work and alterations ✅
-Concrete slab ready for underfloor heating ✅
-All internal and external blockwork ✅
-Steel post and RSJ work ✅
-Internal floor structure ✅
-All roof structures on both extensions ✅
-All roofing work on both extensions ✅

We still have the internal knock-through work to do and a few other bits so keep and eye out for more progress.

Shell only extension completed over in Blacko! 😍

We have not long finished the dormer conversion at this property and have now completed the rear extension.

This has made an amazing open plan space for the customer!

All work carried out in house by our team.

Full dig out and concrete foundations poured ✅

All internal and external wall built and insulated ✅

Floor slab insulated, mesh installed and concrete poured and finished ✅
Steel beam supplied and installed over bi-folding doors ✅

Full timber roof structure installed including velux window and insulated flashing kit ✅

Fascia, soffit, gutters installed and roof fully tiled finished with new lead flashing ✅

We also relayed and re-pointed the patio area it’s new step built under the bi-fold doors ✅

-Full 9x2 subfloor installed and all steelwork carried out ✅
-Staircase measured and installed ✅
-All internals stud walls put up for bedrooms and bathroom ✅
-Roof stripped and full dormer installed ✅
-all roof flashing work to front and sides carried out ✅
-All plastic cladding and fascia work carried out ✅
-All windows installed ✅

Massive transformation on this bathroom in great harwood 😍

Some serious work went into this project and we are so happy with the outcome!

Full strip out ✅
All walls, floor and ceiling made level, plumb and square ✅
All new moisture resistant boards ✅
New spotlights and LED profile on dimmer controls, LED backlit mirror ✅
Fully tiled and bathroom suite fitted ✅

Wall taken out and steel RSJ installed ✅
2x Larder units moved and retro fit the the other side of the kitchen ✅
New radiator installed and position changed ✅
Old gas pipe capped off (by a gas engineer) ✅
Everything prepped and ready for plastering ✅
