Wayne & Jack recently visited the newly refurbished The Ridgway to install a complete EPoS system.
Returning to its original name, The Ridgway (without an “e”) is located on Station Road in Blackrod, close to the railway station, and has reopened as a welcoming neighbourhood gastro-pub serving quality food and drink.
Refurbished to an exceptional standard, owner Paul chose NWBM to provide a state-of-the-art EPoS solution. The installation included three touchscreen terminals, two of which were pole-mounted to complement the venue’s sleek new look. We also installed two kitchen video screens, helping staff manage orders more efficiently while reducing paper usage.
To further enhance service, the system includes OrderPad handheld ordering, helping to improve order accuracy, encourage upselling opportunities, and keep staff where they belong – on the floor with customers.
The cloud-based back office gives Paul easy access to sales and stock information, while the NWBM support team remains on hand to assist with any queries, updates, or programming changes as needed.
