A huge thank you to all our clients both old and new for the ongoing and continued support... and a huge thank you to the team for all their hard work and efforts along the way.

We have been extremely busy lately and I'm sure there is plenty more to follow, pointing towards a positive future for this venture.

Even those that don't know what this is will know it's not right.
This is a fire Damper within ventilation ductwork at a hospital.
In the case of a fire the curtain will drop to prevent air feeding the fire and compartmentalise the fire within the given area, helping to stop the spread.
Propped open like this is dangerous and puts everyone visiting the hospital at risk if a fire does break out. hopefully with a change in law (highlighted by Grenfell fire) this will become illegal.
The outer casing has inspection stickers from several companies.... Clearly not actioned if they found like this!

This is a home domestic water tank before/after cleaning and disinfecting. You may not know or realise the amount of sediment and fouling that can build up leaving both it and the water you drink at risk of bacteria and disease which can have fatal effect.
Check yours regularly and if need be, call in some professionals to clean and disinfect your system.

Not often we get to carry out smoke testing to prove extraction but here's a little demonstration we did recently for a client following the cleaning of the ductwork system.

CALLING ALL DENTAL SURGERIES

The more air changes per hour, the less fallow time is required!

We are attending several practices next week to ascertain the performance of existing ventilation services. We can provide certification which identifies the Air Change Rates in accordance with the Fallow time calculation.

Not enough air changes? Our friends Heating and Ventilation UK can provide ventilation installations to meet more than the standard requirement, therefore reducing the fallow time period between patients.
