Me and the customer are very pleased with this fire place . they showed me a photo from a magazine of a fireplace they liked, and of course I knocoed it out the park and the pictures definitely show that.

Another concrete base for a summer house. I had to put steel in this as the company building the summer house requested it.
I added a little French drain and shingle finish,to also help with drainage in this area.

This customer had water coming into there living room, from just above the window through one particular area.

We found a suspected area where it was believed it was coming in from.
I did a simple lead flashing, to stop it penetrating which has worked a treat.

This property had water running down the face of the building from the roof and water was entering the property.

New eaves protectors in ✅️
New fascia covers ✅️
New guttering and down pipes ✅️

This property also had some damp issues on ground level.

Dry rods installed ✅️
Bitumen waterproofer applied ✅️

The next step on this will be to assess how effective thr dry rods have been to the areas effected by damp.

This one was a nice straightforward job,the customer was getting a new shed and simply wanted a concrete base to place it on,so I dismantled the old shed and laid a base for him.

Kitchen wall and floor tiles. Sadly I didn't get a finished photo on this, I completely forgot but the outcome was brilliant and the client was super happy with what we had done.

BATHROOM RENOVATION !!!

This was a home project.
The whole bathroom was stripped out due to a hidden leak under the floor. We changed the whole layout of this bathroom,which resulted in the main water stop tap being moved as well as electrics.
There is still little finishing bits that need doing but overall we're happy with the transformation.

This customer wanted a wider opening so it was easier to get his bike and mobility scooter in and out. The gate was hand made on site rather then being ordered to size.
The customer was very happy with this.

Here is some work that I did with C watsons in sea palling, we installed a retaining wall in timber, and we created steps which led to a garden area up the hill.
Posts were put in place for handrail to be fitted, and a new drain lid was fitted.
The paving slabs used were a standard grey slab, but made a big difference.

Clients for this holiday home were very pleased on the outcome we had achieved on this.
